Mark Lauren's Weekly Fitness Challenge 26 July - 1August.Perform this workout by executing Squats for twentyseconds and then resting for ten seconds; repeating for a total ofeight sets. This workout will last 3 minutes and 50 seconds. Ideally, there shouldn¹t be any twenty-second work periodthat has a significant drop-off of reps performed. If able, each rep should bring the hip bone parallel with the knee joint, in relation to the ground. Your score will be the total number of reps performed. I like to write down the number of reps performed during each rest interval. |
